  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another update when your order ships (when tracking is available).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship to the destinations available at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time is usually 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.
  • Orders over $40 may qualify for free shipping (where offered). Free shipping eligibility and exclusions are shown at checkout.

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Order Tracking

  • When tracking information is available, we will share it by email.
  • Please allow some time after the shipping notification for tracking details to update in the carrier system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable).
